Paratus is a California producer associated with Napa Valley’s western flank, where owner Rob Jennings and his family are connected with vineyards carved into a steep hillside at approximately 1,400 feet and surrounded by redwood trees. Its Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and listed at 14.5% ABV. The wine received a 92-point Wine Enthusiast rating in 2015.
