Founded in 1984 on Pietro Vitali’s initiative, Tenuta Rocca di Fabbri is based in Montefalco, Umbria, within the Montefalco DOCG area. The winery exclusively vinifies grapes from its own vineyards, integrating vineyard and cellar operations for prompt processing. Its production focuses on Sagrantino di Montefalco, including Passito, Montefalco Rosso, and Colli Martani Grechetto. Selected Sagrantino grapes are harvested by hand, while vineyard management is described as careful and respectful of the territory. The estate also offers country residences. No sustainability certification or current ownership structure is identified.
