Producer

San Simeon Winery

United States

San Simeon is a Riboli family producer based in California, with estate vineyards in Paso Robles and Monterey. Its wines are made entirely from estate-grown fruit, encompassing more than 15 varieties from certified sustainable vineyards. Fourth-generation winemaker Anthony Riboli leads the team alongside veteran winemaker Marty Spate, bringing more than 60 years of combined experience. Sustainability is central to the operation: the Paso Robles winery runs entirely on solar power, while water-conservation, wastewater reclamation, and recycling programs help reduce environmental impact. The vineyards span varied terroirs and soils, including calcareous limestone, sandstone, and loam, supporting a diverse portfolio shaped by the character of each site.
