Mas Sinén is a small, family-owned estate in Poboleda, Priorat, operated by Salvador Burgos and Conxita Porta. The family’s winemaking tradition dates to the early 19th century, while Burgos Porta S.L. was founded in 2003. Its vineyards occupy historic mountain terraces at 300–500 metres on slate (llicorella) soils. The estate produces four limited-production wines from low-yielding vines, with manual vineyard work, traditional sustainable viticulture, and minimal-intervention cellar practices. Organic winemaking began in 2003, and the wines are certified under Catalan and European Union organic standards. Salvador and Conxita also provide viticultural and winemaking services to other regional wineries.
