Maison Gautheron d’Anost

France

Maison Gautheron d’Anost is a boutique micro-négoce in Burgundy, founded in 2020 and solely owned and run by Bastien Gautheron, formerly of Olivier Leflaive. The wines draw on estate vineyards in Savigny-lès-Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, organically certified since 2017, alongside grapes from trusted organic growers. Bastien follows a low-intervention approach with limited sulfur, restrained new oak for reds and 350-litre barrels for whites. Sustainability extends to 95% recycled-glass bottles, fully recycled-paper labels and natural corks from organic farms. Currently sharing cellar space with Pierre-Henri Rougeot in Meursault, the domaine plans a dedicated cuverie in Tallon, Dijon.
