Gilbert Picq is a family-run Chablis estate in Burgundy, owned and managed by brothers Didier and Pascal Picq. Its 14.3 hectares are spread across twelve vineyard parcels on typical Chablis soils, with yields generally ranging from 25 to 45 hl/ha. The estate’s Chablis is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel, preserving a clear, fresh expression of the vineyards. No organic or biodynamic certification is noted.
