Producer

Fabio Signorelli

Italy

Fabio Signorelli is an independent, family-run producer on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, where vines grow on centuries-old terraced volcanic soils. Working with Rori Parasiliti, Cinzia and Sandra, the estate focuses on natural, single-vintage wines shaped by sustainable farming and minimal-intervention cellar work. Notes describe organic and biodynamic viticulture, hand-harvested grapes, wild herbs and sheep grazing in the vineyards, natural fermentations, and no added sulfites. The wines reflect Etna’s wild landscape, altitude, volcanic ground, and varied soils, with a clear emphasis on careful stewardship and low-intervention winemaking.
