Domaine Les Pallières

France

Domaine Les Pallières is a historic Gigondas estate owned by brothers Daniel and Frédéric Brunier, in partnership with Kermit Lynch. Its 25 hectares of steep, terraced vineyards lie at 200–400 metres and are surrounded by Mediterranean forest, with north to north-west exposure, calcareous gravel and red clay soils. The vineyard is planted mainly to Grenache, alongside Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, including restored old-vine parcels. The domaine follows a low-intervention, terroir-focused approach: grapes are received by gravity, parcels are vinified separately, and the wines are traditionally aged in oak foudres without filtration. Since 2007, it has produced two parcel-specific red cuvées, reflecting the distinct sites and microclimates of this small, limited-allocation estate.
