Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot

France

Domaine Anne Gros & Jean-Paul Tollot is a 50/50 partnership between Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot in the Minervois hills of Languedoc-Roussillon. Anne Gros, heir to the Gros family estate in Vosne-Romanée, brings a low-intervention, biodynamic-inspired approach, while the southern vineyards are farmed under lutte raisonnée principles with minimal chemical treatments, hand harvesting, and indigenous yeasts. The domaine draws on distinctive historic sites, including a 100-year-old Carignan walled plot, Fontanilles, and La Ciaude, noted for its limestone-rich soils and unique limestone vein. The wines are crafted by Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, with Julie Gros assisting on specific cuvées.
