Founded in 1957 in Trentino, Cavit Collection is a large cooperative owned by its member winegrowers and operating through 11 associated wineries. Its wines reflect Trentino’s mountain landscape and the influence of the Ora del Garda, with a broad portfolio that includes Pinot Grigio, Merlot, Chardonnay, sparkling wines and other regional styles. Sustainability is central to the cooperative’s work: members hold SQNPI certification, follow the Trentino Quality Wine Production Protocol, and receive agronomic support. Cavit also uses photovoltaic power, precision viticulture through the PICA platform, cover crops, sustainable pest control and natural fertilizers, alongside recycled packaging materials and lighter bottles. Technical Director Andrea Faustini leads its agronomic and precision-viticulture initiatives.
