Coli is a family-owned Tuscan producer founded in 1926 and still led by the Coli family across multiple generations, with Giampiero Coli and his children and grandchildren active in the business. Based in the Chianti Classico area, the winery works with native and traditional varieties and describes much of its vineyard farming as traditional, without additives, with a focus on respecting nature and reducing environmental impact. The family also emphasizes minimal intervention in the cellar so the fruit can express itself. Alongside its estate wines from Fattoria Montignana and Fattoria Querceto, Coli is a modern, technically equipped operation with broad domestic and international distribution and certifications including BRCGS, IFS, Equalitas, and organic certification.
