Founded in 1933, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a collectively owned cooperative of around 230–245 winegrowers in Valpolicella Classico, managing vineyards in the region’s hills. Its approach combines certified organic farming with conventional viticulture, supported by modern techniques and research focused on sustainability. The cooperative’s wines reflect the shared work of its member growers and collective governance, led by President Giampaolo Brunelli.
