Alpamanta is a boutique, single-vineyard estate in Ugarteche, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, founded in 2005 by Andrej Razumovsky, André Hoffmann and Jeremie Delecourt. At 950 metres above sea level, it works with certified organic grapes and fully biodynamic farming, with Demeter, NOP Organic, Ecocert and IRAM Vegan certifications. The estate focuses on regenerative agriculture, soil biodiversity and terroir expression, using biodynamic preparations, composting, cover crops and animals as part of a balanced farm ecosystem. Winemaking, led by Giuseppe Franceschini, uses modern technology to minimise oenological inputs. Sustainability is central to the project, with solar power, water recycling, a bio-lagoon, careful waste handling, environmentally minded bottling materials and carbon-footprint monitoring. Alpamanta also produces a natural wine line, Breva.
