Terre del Noce

Italy

Terre del Noce is a Northern Italian producer from Trentino-Alto Adige, with vineyards along the Adige and Noce rivers in the Dolomites. Its grapes are hand-picked and delivered to the winery within hours, then gently pressed and fermented under temperature control before resting on lees. The wines express a mountain character: fresh, crisp and fruity, with a contemporary style rooted in the region’s alpine winemaking tradition. The range includes Pinot Grigio, Pinot Grigio Rosé, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; the Merlot receives fine-oak aging for a full-bodied, velvety profile. The vineyards benefit from fertile soils and an alpine climate, with reported elevations ranging from 200 to approximately 900 metres.
