Producer

Domaines les Carmels

France

Domaine les Carmels is a boutique estate in Bordeaux’s Cadillac appellation, owned and run by Sophie and Yorick, who oversee both the vineyards and winemaking. The domaine focuses on terroir-driven, small-scale production with a limited range of wines. Its vineyards are certified organic and farmed with biodynamic methods, reflecting a clear commitment to agro-ecological harmony. In the cellar, the approach favors softly extracted wines made without new oak and with very low sulfur, resulting in a transparent, approachable style.
