Domaine Jean-Claude Martin is a small, family-owned estate in Chablis, Burgundy, run by siblings Claudia and Frédéric Martin, who inherited the vineyard in 2018. The domaine farms old-vine Premier Cru Montmains and Butteaux parcels, with a strong focus on cover crops, soil health and environmentally conscious viticulture, although it has no stated organic or biodynamic certification. Production is highly limited. Winemaking follows a natural approach, including gravity-flow handling, native yeasts and unfiltred bottling.
