Domaine Creusserome is a family-owned Burgundy estate run by Stéphane and Lucie Guillemin, whose family lineage in Pouilly-Fuissé dates to 1835. The domaine farms vineyards in Clessé, Viré, Péronne and Verzé, producing Viré-Clessé, several Mâcon appellations, Crémant de Bourgogne and red Pinot Noir. Its approach combines organic treatments and eco-friendly farming with French HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. Stéphane is the principal winemaker, with Lucie involved in production decisions, and the wines are made with a minimal-intervention philosophy.
