Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils

France

Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils is a long-established family estate in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Burgundy, now led by fourth-generation Pascal Arnoux alongside his wife Caroline and their children Audrey and Jean-Baptiste. Working vineyards across Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Beaune and Corton, the domaine focuses on careful manual vineyard work and a sustainable, terroir-minded approach. Notes describe lutte raisonnée farming, natural alternatives to chemicals, pheromone pest control, soil care and exclusively hand harvesting, with High Environmental Value certification also cited. In the cellar, Pascal follows a measured, non-interventionist style, using modern temperature control to preserve the character and authenticity of each site in both red and white wines.
