United States

Founded in 2007, Chanin Wine Company is a small-scale California producer led by winemaker and owner-operator Gavin Chanin. The winery focuses on single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Santa Barbara County, sourcing fruit from vineyards farmed organically or with minimal sustainability practices. Chanin follows a gentle, low-intervention approach, avoiding commercial yeasts, bacteria, enzymes, and higher alcohol levels, with wines bottled unfiltered. The labels feature Chanin’s own artwork.
