Producer

Cantina La-Vis

Italy

La-Vis is a historic cooperative winery founded in 1948 in Lavis, Trentino, in Italy’s Trentino-Alto Adige region. Owned by its member growers through a shared-ownership model shaped by mergers with other local cooperatives, it is led in the cellar by enologist Ezio Dallagiacoma. The estate farms vineyards on Alpine slopes and emphasizes biodiversity, hand-picked grapes, pergola-trained vines, and low-intervention, boots-in-the-soil farming and winemaking. No formal sustainability certifications are উল্লেখed, but the focus is clearly on careful, practical stewardship and regional tradition.
