Paul & Leo Project is a small, limited-edition collaboration between U.S. importer Paul, who manages marketing and distribution, and winemaker Léo, who oversees production at Domaine de la Renardière in Pupillin, Jura. Grapes come from organically farmed, marl-soil vineyards, including Ploussard (Poulsard). Léo uses a natural, minimal-intervention approach, with whole-cluster fermentation and native yeasts. With only a handful of bottles available at a time, the project reflects a focused, sustainable and distinctly artisanal operation.
