Producer

Nino Franco

Italy

Nino Franco is a family-owned Valdobbiadene producer in Veneto, founded in 1919 and now run by the third and fourth generations: Primo Franco, Annalisa Franco, and Silvia Franco. Rooted in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG area, it focuses exclusively on Prosecco, including single-vineyard wines from steep, terraced UNESCO-listed slopes. The estate follows hand-harvested, close-to-nature farming with organic certification, vegan-friendly practices, and broader sustainability work including biodiversity and lower-impact packaging. A rare clos in the Prosecco zone and a philosophical approach to wine further distinguish the house, whose style is terroir-driven, high-quality sparkling wine. Since 2024 it has also been a Società Benefit, formalizing its social and environmental commitments.
