Elk Cove Vineyards

United States

Elk Cove Vineyards is a family-owned Willamette Valley producer in Oregon, founded in 1974 by Pat and Joe Campbell and now led by second-generation winemaker Adam Campbell. The estate focuses on 100% estate-grown wines from hillside vineyards, including Roosevelt Vineyard, which is farmed organically. Sustainability is a clear priority: Elk Cove is organized as an Oregon Benefit Corporation, supports local farms and suppliers, and emphasizes land stewardship and employee welfare. In the cellar, gravity-flow handling, low yields, and careful selection shape a style centered on elegant, textured Pinot Noir, alongside cool-climate varieties, single-vineyard wines, and méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine. Elk Cove was also among the first Oregon wineries to produce Brut sparkling wine.
