Château Mangot

France

Château Mangot is a family-run Saint-Émilion estate owned by the Todeschini family since Jean-Guy Todeschini acquired it in 1976, and today led by brothers Karl and Yann Todeschini. Based on clay-limestone terroirs with mature Merlot vines, the domaine has earned Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé status and is deeply committed to sustainable farming: HVE level 3, organic certification from 2020, and Biodyvin biodynamic certification from 2023. Their approach combines natural fertilisers, biodiversity-focused viticulture, native yeasts and thoughtful, low-sulfur winemaking, with élevage across stainless steel, wood and clay. The family is also engaged in massal selection research and in reviving historic white varieties, including Merlot Blanc.
