Château Le Loup

France

Château Le Loup is a modest estate on the northern edge of Saint-Émilion, in Saint-Christophe des Bardes. Its clay-limestone vineyard is sustainably farmed and planted with 40–45-year-old vines. The wines follow a classic Bordeaux blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, in a 50/25/25 proportion. With its small vineyard parcel, the estate produces on a limited scale, although bottling volumes are not specified.
