Château d’Oupia

France

Château d’Oupia is a family-owned estate in Languedoc’s Minervois, held by the Iché family since 1860. Marie-Pierre Iché now manages the property and leads winemaking with oenologist Laurent Battle, continuing the philosophy established by her father, André Iché. A pioneer in leaving the local cooperative and installing an independent bottling line, André focused the estate on quality over quantity. The vineyards span Minervois AOC and Vin de Pays de l’Hérault, with wines shaped by the family’s long-standing commitment to estate production and hands-on winemaking.
