CasalFarneto

Italy

Founded in 1995, CasalFarneto is a family-owned, independent winery led by Paolo Togni in Serra de’ Conti, in the Marche’s province of Ancona. The estate focuses on Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, with vineyards on limestone-rich hills at around 320–350 metres. Its approach combines technology, tradition and sustainability: integrated pest management, organic farming, water recovery, photovoltaic energy and a green-roofed underground cellar are part of the winery’s environmental programme. Grapes are hand-picked, with some individually cut berries, and wines are made with low intervention using stainless steel, large oak casks and amphorae. The winery welcomes visitors for tastings and experiences, offering a direct connection to its vineyards and production.
