Cantina Giardino is an Irpinia estate in Campania, founded in the late 1990s and run by Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola with a close group of friends. Working from family-owned vineyards, they focus on old vines and organic and biodynamic farming, with hand-worked parcels, biodiversity, and no chemical treatments. In the cellar, Antonio and Daniela oversee fermentation and vinification with a low-intervention approach, using minimal or no sulfites and bottling wines unfined and unfiltered. The result is a distinctly artisanal producer rooted in family vineyards, collaborative ownership, and careful, natural-minded farming.
