Producer

Bibi Graetz

Italy

Founded in 2000 in Fiesole above Florence, Bibi Graetz is a family-owned Tuscan estate led by founder and principal winemaker Bibi Graetz, with cellar work overseen by Luigi Temperini. The winery is rooted in old vines, native Tuscan varieties such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino, and high-altitude hillside sites in Fiesole and across Chianti. Its philosophy centers on natural, low-intervention farming, biodiversity, soil health, spontaneous fermentations and traditional cellar methods to express the character of each vineyard with transparency and elegance. Alongside its Sangiovese-based reds, the estate also makes whites from old Ansonica vines on the island of Giglio.
