Producer

Amorotti

Italy

Amorotti is a family-run boutique producer in Abruzzo, centered in Loreto Aprutino and led by owner-winemaker Gaetano Carboni. The estate is organically certified and works with biodynamic and natural farming methods. In the cellar, Carboni follows a traditional, low-intervention approach with spontaneous fermentations, no temperature control, and aging in large wood barrels. Winemaking takes place in an ancient cellar beneath the town, reinforcing the estate’s historic character. A neighbor of the Valentini family, Amorotti also collaborates with them on clonal and barrel selections. The focus is on sustainability, artisanal methods, and clear expression of terroir.
