France

Alex Moreau is a family-owned Burgundy domaine run by Alex Moreau and his wife, Martine, with the label launched independently in 2021 during the family estate’s split. Focused largely on Chassagne-Montrachet and planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the estate follows low-intervention, organic-minded farming without herbicides or pesticides, using plowing, organic fertilisers, cover crops, hand harvesting, and yield control in the vineyard. In the cellar, Alex is the sole winemaker, favouring natural fermentations, long pressings, and extended élevage. No formal certification is cited.
