VINS BAUR

France

Vins Baur, also known as Domaine François Baur, is a family-run estate in Turckheim, Alsace, with roots dating to 1741 and currently operated by Thomas Baur. The domaine farms vineyards across three terroirs using biodynamic cultivation, with an emphasis on respecting the character of the land. Its Pinot Noir for the Sang du Dragon cuvée comes from densely planted parcels with deliberately low yields. The estate produces approximately 70,000 bottles annually. The supplied notes also mention a separate Baur family estate in Eguisheim, so these details should not be conflated.
