Producer

Isaac Fernandez Seleccion

Spain

Isaac Fernández Selección is a boutique Spanish producer working across Utiel-Requena and Ribera del Duero. Co-owned by winemaker Isaac Fernández Montaña and Aurelio Cabestrero, the estate practices organic, non-certified viticulture and is transitioning toward more sustainable, dry-farmed methods. Montaña leads the winemaking, using native yeasts and aging the wines in French and American oak. Its wines reflect a hands-on approach across both regions, with vineyards in Utiel-Requena and Ribera del Duero and modest reported production.
