Domaine Vincent Dauvissat

France

René et Vincent Dauvissat is a long-established family estate in Chablis, Burgundy, founded in 1931 and passed through generations from Robert to René and now Vincent Dauvissat, with the next generation also involved. The domaine is known for prized holdings in Grand Cru Les Clos and Les Preuses as well as several Premier Cru sites. Since 2002, vineyard work has followed biodynamic and organic principles without formal certification, with natural farming, minimal treatments, low yields and hand harvesting. In the cellar, René and Vincent take a low-intervention approach, fermenting in enameled steel and wood, with aging in older oak barrels.
