Château Marquis d’Alesme

France

Château Marquis d’Alesme Becker is a historic Grand Cru Classé estate in Margaux, owned by Nathalie Perrodo and the Perrodo family since 2006. General Manager Marjolaine Maurice de Coninck leads the estate’s winemaking, supported by consultant oenologist Michel Rolland. The vineyard is farmed with traditional, reasoned methods focused on the balance of soil, vine, and auxiliary fauna, with manual harvesting and careful sorting. The estate also emphasizes meticulous, lot-by-lot vinification and an artisanal approach from vineyard to cellar. A major architectural renewal under the Perrodo family has sought to restore the château’s standing while blending French and Chinese cultural influences.
