Caudalia is a small family winery founded by Raquel and Iván at the foot of Navarra’s Pyrenees. Working across vineyard parcels in Lerga, Aibar and San Martín de Unx, at 500–750 metres, the estate farms varied clay, limestone, sandstone, marl and stony soils. The founders revived an old winery and its vineyards, with a focus on environmental respect, natural beauty and rural traditions. Grapes are hand harvested for village and single-vineyard wines, vinified separately in concrete tanks and French oak barrels. Raquel oversees every stage of winemaking, reflecting the estate’s hands-on, small-production approach.
