Bodega Cauzón is a family-owned estate in Graena, Granada, run by owner-winemaker Ramón Saavedra. Its single high-altitude vineyard is cultivated without chemicals, using solar-powered irrigation, native yeasts and certified Natural & Organic practices. Saavedra follows a minimal-intervention approach, with no filtering, fining, additives or sulphur. Wines are generally aged in stainless steel, with occasional oak, while carbonic maceration is used for selected cuvées. The estate’s small-scale, hands-on production reflects a clear commitment to natural winemaking and the character of its mountain vineyards.
