Domaine de la Meulière is a family-run Chablis estate in Fleys, Burgundy, operated by brothers Nicolas and Vincent Laroche. With a history dating back to 1779, the domaine farms vineyards on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils across several communes around Chablis, producing Chablis, Premier and Grand Cru wines as well as Irancy. Viticulture is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 and emphasizes sustainability, agro-ecology, soil biodiversity, water management and reduced emissions. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted, with natural vinification. Nicolas has vinified the estate’s wines since 1994, focusing on terroir expression and innovative aging, while Vincent oversees production and export.
