Jumpin’ Juice is a boutique Australian producer based in South Australia, founded and jointly run by winemakers Xavier Goodridge and Patrick Sullivan. Rather than working from a single estate, they source organically and biodynamically farmed fruit from parcels across Australia, allowing them to explore different terroirs. Their low-intervention wines use minimal additives and only low doses of sulphites, with a focus on vibrant, highly drinkable bottles made for immediate enjoyment.
