Domaine U Stiliccionu is a Corsican producer focused on complex wines made entirely from Sciaccarellu. Working from granite and schist soils, the estate farms biodynamically and follows a low-intervention approach in the cellar, including the use of native yeasts. Harvesting later than neighboring parcels, Sébastien Poly aims for greater ripeness, depth, and character in the finished wines.
