Domaine de Rochemure is a family-run, independent estate based in Le Perréon, with vineyards across Beaujolais and Burgundy. The Vermorel family has been established there for seven generations, making wine since 1790, with Philippe preserving the knowledge passed down by his ancestors. The domaine farms with organic fertilization and soil work and holds HVE certification. Traditional methods include horse plowing in the Moulin-à-Vent vineyards to respect nature and reduce soil compaction. Grapes are harvested entirely by hand, vinification is traditional, and bottling takes place at the estate.
