Château La Gramondie

France

Château La Gramondie is a family-run Bordeaux estate owned by the Galineau family since 1858 and now in its third generation. Jean-Daniel Galineau has led the property for four decades, overseeing both vineyard management and winemaking. Its cool clay soils are planted mainly to Merlot and farmed sustainably, with organic certification provided through Maison Ginestet, whose portfolio also includes the estate as a négociant and producer. The combination of long-standing family ownership, hands-on leadership, and environmentally focused farming defines its artisanal character.
