Amici Cellars is a family-owned Napa Valley producer founded in the 1990s by friends whose home winemaking grew into a public winery. Based in Calistoga, it makes site-driven wines from prestigious Napa Valley and Sonoma County vineyards, including single-vineyard reds and whites alongside Reserve and Appellation collections. The winery emphasizes natural elegance, balance, and expression of vineyard character, using small-batch fermentations and individual aging protocols for each lot. Winemaking is led by Anthony Biagi with Dante West and consulting winemaker Matt Courtney. Amici works with heritage, hillside, and valley sites, including organically farmed Oakville Ranch, and sources from long-established family vineyards such as Morisoli and Charles Heintz. Its team follows Napa Green best practices and a Green Action plan, with a stated commitment to reducing environmental impact and stewarding the land.
