Indomable

Celler Mas Candí is a small, family-run producer in Penedès, founded in 2005 by Ramon Jané and Mercè Cuscó, with the first vintage in 2006. Based in Les Gunyoles d’Avinyonet near the Garraf Massif Natural Park, the winery is led by the founders alongside a team of young trained farmers. They farm organically, with certified organic vineyards and cellar, avoiding chemical fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides, and aiming for natural balance in the vineyard. Their work centers on indigenous varieties and the recovery of old Catalan grapes, with manual harvest and low-intervention winemaking. The wines, including DO Penedès bottlings and Corpinnat sparkling wines, are described as low-volume, complex and intense.
