Founded in 2015 in Andalusia by friends Juan Muñoz and Vicente Inat, Viñedos Verticales remains owned and operated by its founders. The estate works steep schist and slate slopes using natural, organic and low-intervention viticulture, with traditional mule labor in the vineyards. Its wines are fermented with wild yeasts, reflecting an artisanal approach, although no formal organic or biodynamic certification is noted.
