Bodega Sottano is a family-owned winery in Mendoza’s Luján de Cuyo, founded in 1890 by Italian immigrant Fioravante Sottano and now run by his descendants, brothers Diego, Pablo and Mauricio Sottano. Its vineyards lie in Perdriel, where drip irrigation and complete hail-net coverage are used; no formal sustainability certifications are noted. Winemaking is led by Luis Barraud and Adrian Toledo, combining modern technology with a hands-on approach.
