Pardevalles

Founded in 1949 by Rafael Alonso, Pardevalles is a family winery in Valdevimbre, León, with generations of experience in vine cultivation and winemaking. Recognized as one of the driving forces behind the D.O. León, it focuses on native Prieto Picudo and Albarín Blanco, aiming to express the character of the region with respect for terroir and indigenous varieties. The winery combines this traditional identity with modern facilities, having been the first in the area to use truncated-cone stainless-steel tanks and temperature-controlled fermentation. Valdevimbre is known for its centuries-old wine caves, and Pardevalles also uses organic viticulture and has an underground cellar more than 300 years old for ageing wines.
