Montevetrano

Italy

Montevetrano is a family-run estate in Campania, founded in 1983 by photographer Silvia Imparato on her family property. The estate remains owned by Imparato and has maintained a long-standing collaboration with oenologist Riccardo Cotarella, who has directed the winemaking since its beginnings, alongside Renzo Cotarella as a partner. Its modest production comes from vineyards managed with respect for the land, including Guyot and Cordon-Spur pruning and other sustainable training practices, although no formal certifications are noted. The wines reflect a focused, hands-on estate shaped by continuity, family ownership, and close collaboration with its winemaking team.
