Minuty

France

Château Minuty is a historic Provence estate on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, owned by the Farnet-Matton family since 1936, with the family continuing to run the property as Moët Hennessy acquires a majority stake. The vineyards are farmed with a strong sustainability focus: High Environmental Value certification since 2019, partial organic certification since 2023, no herbicides, hand harvesting, cover crops, free-roaming sheep, and deep-rooted vine training to help preserve soil and water. Its wines are defined by freshness and fruit, often presented in contemporary bottles, and the estate is especially known for its Provençal rosé style.
