Domaine de la Denante is a family-owned Burgundy estate founded by Robert Martin and now owned and operated by his son Damien Martin, who is also head winemaker. Its vineyards span Davayé, Verzé, Saint-Véran and Pouilly-Fuissé. The domaine works with low yields and parcel-specific vinification, with wines aged for up to six months in oak. Farming is certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter and Biodyvin, reflecting a long-standing commitment to sustainable vineyard practices.
